This organization shall ensure that no individual or government imposes unjust restrictions on personal freedoms. The World Parliament shall oversee whether national governments are fulfilling their responsibilities. No person, regardless of their position—whether a member of the World Parliament, a member of the World Judiciary, the Chief Justice of the World Supreme Court, a Prime Minister, or a President—shall violate another’s rights. The World Parliament shall ensure this principle is upheld.The World Parliament shall oversee all individuals to confirm they are fulfilling their responsibilities. It shall have the authority to arrest any government official or private businessman who neglects their duties and prosecute them in court, with all such cases to be resolved within 21 days. The purpose behind this institution is to determine whether governments, businesses, or employers are exploiting workers or violating their rights.This institution shall monitor whether all governments act in the public interest and report directly to the World Supreme Court. The World Constitution shall mandate the World Judiciary to form a commission responsible for overseeing every individual’s adherence to their duties. This commission shall establish offices in every village and city worldwide to ensure that all people meet their obligations, have access to basic necessities (food, drinking water, electricity, healthcare, education, and housing), and that no individual’s rights are violated.The commission shall also monitor global crime, ensure women's safety, prevent their mistreatment, and foster a culture of love, peace, and brotherhood. It shall assess whether children fulfill their duties toward their elderly parents and whether they meet their familial responsibilities.The World Constitution shall grant the World Judiciary greater authority than the World Parliament to ensure effective governance. The World Judiciary shall provide mandatory and free justice to all. This means any person suffering from exploitation, having their rights violated, or facing restrictions on their freedom shall have the right to appeal to any court worldwide and inform the World Judiciary. Failure to report injustices shall itself be deemed a punishable offense.
The World Judiciary shall ensure free legal services in all courts and establish a continental court in every continent, along with four to five subcontinental courts, each covering eight to ten nations. These courts shall oversee the appointments and transfers of judges and judicial staff across Supreme Courts, High Courts, District Courts, and lower courts, without interference from any national government. The subcontinental courts shall review judicial decisions, reprimand courts issuing improper rulings, and, if necessary, remove errant judges from office.National governments shall require approval from the Chief Justice of the subcontinental court before enacting any law to ensure alignment with the World Constitution and avoid conflicts between nations and the World Parliament.To address crimes against women, the World Judiciary shall implement a confidential justice system, ensuring women who fear societal or familial consequences can seek justice discreetly.The World Parliament shall guarantee mandatory and free medical treatment for all. Every ill person, or any individual displaying symptoms of illness, must undergo treatment. Failure to do so shall be considered contempt of the World Parliament and subject to penalty. Every person shall be entitled to free treatment at any hospital.
