The World Parliament shall champion disarmament, preserving all endangered creatures and securing the welfare of every living being, be it bird, beast, or plant. Employment shall be a birthright, and no man shall be left without work. The sick shall receive care without cost, and the safety of women shall be held as a sacred trust. The young shall be nurtured into independence, and the cause of justice shall be served by the Supreme World Court.Governments of all nations shall act solely for the welfare of mankind, and the Parliament shall ensure that they uphold the cause of peace and progress. It shall establish a World Constitution, laying the foundation for a just and harmonious order. Farmers shall be honored as the keepers of the Earth, and their trials shall be met with resolve. The Parliament shall provide for the basic needs of every soul—food, shelter, work, power, healing, and knowledge.No village or tribe shall be left behind in the march of progress. To root out the evils of crime and vice, a global force of peacekeepers shall be formed, answering not to any single nation but to the Parliament itself. A grand army, under the Parliament’s command, shall stand watch over the world, ensuring peace for all peoples.
For the prosperity of all, the Parliament shall devise a new economic order, ensuring the wise use of resources and shielding the world from financial ruin. Pollution from industry shall be curbed, and laborers shall be granted fair conditions. A singular world currency shall be established, upheld by a central World Reserve Bank.
The Dawn of a New Age
With the founding of the World Parliament, the burdens of mankind shall be lifted. None shall be left idle, for every man shall find work suited to his skills and receive just reward. The aged shall be cared for, their sustenance and health assured. The weak, the infirm, and the disabled shall be granted dignity and support, empowered to live with purpose.To uphold the sacred rights of all men, the Parliament shall establish a World Human Rights Commission, a body of unyielding independence. Its task shall be to safeguard liberty and ensure that none may trespass upon another’s rights.Thus shall the Parliament serve: as a steward of peace, a guardian of justice, and a beacon of hope to all mankind. Yet, in its great power, it shall be bound by the law, for the World Judiciary shall hold authority even over the Parliament itself, ensuring that tyranny never takes root within its halls.In this vision, the Earth shall know an age of harmony, wherein no man suffers from want, no child is left untaught, and no elder is left uncared for. The World Parliament shall be the guiding hand that leads humanity into an era of enlightenment and uniti.The World Constitution shall establish the World Judiciary. To make this institution more powerful, it shall be enshrined in the World Constitution. This organization shall oversee all governmental and private entities, industries large and small, businesses, and all workplaces where people labor. Its duty shall be to ensure that all individuals fulfill their responsibilities properly. It shall monitor whether corruption exists in any governmental or private company and work to eliminate bureaucratic inefficiencies.
The only solution to all the global problems of the world and the personal problems of every person in the world is the creation of a world parliament. Today, whatever problems there are in the world, whether it is war, global warming, environmental pollution, poverty, hunger, unemployment, terrorism, the only peaceful solution to all these problems is the creation of a world parliament.
