These situations are a disgrace to humanity; humanity seems to have vanished. Human life has become painful because issues like environmental pollution and global warming have intensified. Today, the air, water, and food in every part of the world have become toxic. In such circumstances, health has become the greatest concern for humanity.Every individual's personal problems and global problems are essentially the same; the only difference is our perspective. Everyone desires solutions to these issues so that every person in the world can lead a happy, healthy life and achieve personal and familial growth. The only solution to all these problems is the establishment of a World Parliament because global issues can only be resolved at a global level. The only solution to all the problems of the world and every individual in the world is the establishment of a World Parliament. Problems can be classified into two types: personal problems and global problems. Personal problems are those that affect an individual or a family, while global problems are those that impact the entire world. Personal problems can often be solved easily, but solving global problems is highly complex.What are global problems? These include terrorism, regionalism, nationalism, linguistic divisions, religious extremism, casteism, poverty, hunger, unemployment, corruption, dictatorship, militarization, unrest, modernism, environmental pollution, global warming, natural disasters, narrow-mindedness, illiteracy, drug addiction, trafficking of narcotics and human organs, juvenile crime, food security issues, prostitution, and social crimes. Global problems are increasing, and poverty is rising daily.
At the international level, the United Nations (UNO) is the only organization that focuses on global problems. However, the UNO neither has its own constitution nor functions like a government. It is merely an organization. The world needs a World Parliament. The World Parliament is the only solution to addressing global problems.The World Parliament will embrace secularism and establish humanitarian values worldwide. Major issues such as terrorism, regional conflicts, and disputes between countries will be permanently resolved through the World Parliament. Eradicating poverty is only possible through the formation of a World Parliament, as it will address and eliminate the root causes of poverty. The main reasons for poverty include illiteracy, lack of proper employment opportunities, failure of governments to provide adequate jobs, and the poor condition of farmers. These factors contribute significantly to increasing poverty. The World Parliament will solve the world's biggest issue—poverty.After the establishment of the World Parliament, wars will never occur on Earth, nor will riots be carried out in the name of religion. The World Parliament will work toward the establishment of humanity and promote humanitarian values as the primary religion of every individual. Every citizen of the world will be required to follow the religion of humanity. Fighting, rioting, and waging war in the name of religion are against the principles of humanity. The only way to stop terrorism disguised as religious activism is by spreading humanitarian values. This is essential for establishing peace in the world.The first goal of the World Parliament will be to reduce and prevent environmental pollution. Environmental pollution is a problem that affects every living being. Due to pollution, many species have become extinct, human life expectancy has decreased, and health risks have significantly increased.
The World Parliament aims to eliminate the discrimination between the rich and the poor and establish equality among all human beings. It is a shame for humanity that children are forced into crime at an age when they should be receiving an education. The World Parliament will ensure free and compulsory education for all children worldwide.
The World Parliament shall endeavor to ensure that every child born upon this Earth receives an education. To achieve this noble goal, strict laws shall be enacted, making it the solemn duty of every parent to provide learning to their offspring. Should any parent, whether by negligence or deliberate refusal, fail in this duty, the law shall hold them accountable. In such circumstances, the World Parliament shall assume guardianship over the children, adopting orphans and granting them a rightful place in society. Their education and employment shall be assured by the Parliament, ensuring that they grow into self-sufficient individuals.Children, in turn, shall be bound by duty to care for their aged parents, tending to their ailments and fulfilling their fundamental needs. For those elderly who have no kin or who are left without support, the World Parliament shall assume responsibility, providing them with care and sustenance.Should any person fail in their duty, they shall first be given an opportunity to amend their ways through just correction. Yet, if they persist in neglecting their obligations, their citizenship shall be revoked, and they shall be cast away from the human fold, exiled to the desolate lands of Antarctica, where no man may dwell.
